One root /llms.txt route serves a per-domain AI-inbound front door for every portfolio host this app answers on (peopleanalyticstoolbox.com, compensationtoolbox.com, jobframe.global + satellites, gtmtoolbox.io, compdata.ai, jobbrief.ai): site name + factual purpose + key URLs + the machine surfaces (/api/registry, /api/capabilities, /api/offerings, /api/health, /api/mcp with auth note) + policies + contact. All content derives from ONE declaration table (src/lib/ai-visibility/llms-txt.ts) — adding a host is one row; tests assert the table covers every proxy host set. robots.txt references it per host. Complements (does not replace) the ai-inbound spoke's DB-curated per-property answer-feed. Strategic: STRAT-AIVIS-MOAT — AI agents researching comp/HR find, cite, and can call us.
